Family law involves conflict. Attorneys should be prepared when conflict is taken to the extreme. Learn about the science and techniques of preparing for and managing the chaos and rigidity with tools to deter, deflect, and de-escalate. We will discuss how to respond professionally to a hostile or threatening party, without compromising advocacy. The format will be Q&A, and participants will be encouraged to share questions and their problem cases.
